This year the world has gone mad for stick foundations, brands have been releasing them left, right and centre, and of course ones which were already available before the 2016 hype have become much more popular, but are they really worth the hype they are getting?

From Anastasia Beverly Hills, Clinique, Make Up Forever and everything in between, there is plenty of brands to choose from if you're on the look out for a foundation stick. The majority of you reading this are probably makeup junkies like myself, so you will more than likely have heard great reviews about the Make Up Forever stick foundation.

In my opinion, this is what started it all off. I hadn't really heard much about them until every blogger and YouTuber was raving about how fantastic it was. Whether it was being used for all over coverage, foundation touch ups or even darker shades for contouring, there wasn't many bad words to be heard about it.

The colour selection from most of the brands which have released foundation sticks so far this year is just out of this world. There really is something for everyone, and if you have the opportunity (and funds) to try one, I would definitely encourage you to do so, I certainly will be doing myself.
