New Years Resolutions
17:00We all do the new year, new me routine at the beginning of every new year, but do we ever really stick to the resolutions we set?
For some of you it may genuinely be a yes, but for most of us we don't tend to stick to them. So this year, rather than not setting any at all, I've decided to make them a bit wider ranged so they are easier to stick to.
So rather than eating healthy 24/7, I'm going to eat healthier than I did before. That way, I don't fail straight away on a day when I give in and have something which isn't the healthiest of things I could possibly be having.
Some of the others which I'm hoping to stick to are to work harder to achieve my goals, save money - I'll hopefully pass my driving test at some point this year so I need money to buy myself a car! And to just generally try and be as happy as I can possibly be, avoid things in life which make you sad and do more of the things which make you happy.
